Ingredients : (for one glass)

  • lime (1/4 some lime)
  • cane sugar (1/2 measure)
  • rum (4 measures)

Preparation :

  1. pour the cane sugar in glass.
  2. cut lime in quarter and mash it on the cane sugar.
  3. pour rum.
  4. mix with love.
  5. taste!

Note :

You can use old rum to make a "Ti vieux". Traditionally, you must drink it without ice floe (you can drink a waterglass after). Purist use cane sugar powders.

"Ti punch" is an institution in West Indies. Some inhabitant of Martinique island prefer it with ice floe, some inhabitant of Guadeloupe island drink it just after wake up and call it "décollage" ("land-up" in english words).

Ti punch will accompany you during all local fest and add sun and happyness during your evenings
